Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility:
All subscribers of Med Content Pros content bundles are entitled to a full refund within thirty (30) days of their initial purchase, regardless of the reason for the refund request.
2. Content Usage Post-Refund:
Upon receiving a refund, subscribers agree that any and all content provided by Med Content Pros during the subscription period for which a refund is issued shall not be used, distributed, or shared in any form. Subscribers must immediately cease all use of the content and delete any copies, digital or physical, that they may possess, understanding that it remains the exclusive property of Med Content Pros.
3. Transaction Fees
For refund amounts exceeding $1000, Med Content Pros reserves the right to withhold any fees associated with processing the refund transaction. These fees will be deducted from the total refund amount before it is returned to the subscriber.
4. Processing Time:
Upon approval of a refund request, the refund amount will be processed within 7-10 business days. However, the exact duration for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment service provider's policies.
5. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the subscription purchase. If the original method is not available or valid, Med Content Pros will contact the subscriber for an alternative refund method. Please note that, in such cases, additional processing time may be required. Refunds may be issued using an alternative method if requested by the subscriber and approved by Med Content Pros.
